Rigi is situated within the grounds of Tristram Camp Site, but remaining completely private.

Rigi is perched on the edge of the cliff at Polzeath with panoramic views of the beach, Pentire Point and the village. It has its own direct access on to the footpath leading on to the beach and also all the village amenities.

The three bed roomed detached bungalow is set in ample grounds over looking the bay. The panoramic bay window in the living room must surely have the finest views in the whole of the village, with a 180 degree vista enabling you to take advantage of the amazing sunsets out to sea and watching the fabulous surf that Polzeath is famous for.

The accommodation includes:

Sun Lounge / Entrance porch

Large Family Bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds suitable for children. Fantastic dual aspect room, with views over the sea to Pentire Point. Complete with Night Storage heater and TV.

Separate WC

Family Bathroom, with Large Bath with Electric shower over. Large Airing Cupboard, incorporating hot water tank & immersion.

Bedroom 2. A compact double room with a double bed and built in wardrobes.  Night Storage heater. Again Amazing dual aspect Views out to sea and beach views.

Dining Room, with Pine Dining Table and 8 chairs which then follows in to the;

Large Living room, with breath taking views from each direction courtesy of the panoramic bay window. Flat Screen TV, Sky+ Box, DVD Player and Video Recorder are all included, and a Pay phone is provided. Two Night storage heaters with built in convector heaters and an electric fire provide all the heat you’ll need to stay warm throughout the year.

Fully Equipped kitchen, with electric double oven with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Large walk in pantry. With access in to the garden and also leading through to;

Bedroom 3. A large double room with its own on-suite shower facilities and sky TV. Large patio doors over looking the beach lead directly out on to the garden. Night Storage Heating.

Outside there is a private laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and space for storing wetsuits & surf boards etc…

There is ample car parking space.
